Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracted Grant Writer.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct interviews with program staff and review relevant documents
to understand the organization's mission and programs
Write high-quality grant proposals and reports for government and
private funding opportunities
Coordinate the development of grant budgets with the Finance and
Development teams
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience as a professional grant writer with a
successful track record
Knowledge of government and private grant application processes in
a nonprofit setting
Ability to coordinate grant completion with program staff and
ensure timely submissions
Strong writing skills to effectively communicate complex topics and
the organization's mission
Deep understanding of public health, environmental health, and
justice issues
