Key Responsibilities
Guide the development and optimization of the marketing technology
stack and data management systems
Optimize campaign processes and lead management through
collaboration with sales and marketing teams
Direct A/B testing efforts and maintain dashboards to monitor key
marketing metrics
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in marketing operations
Expertise in top-of-funnel strategies for conversion and pipeline
growth
Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, 6sense, and other
marketing technologies
Experience in establishing privacy and consent management
procedures
Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Asana
