looking for a dependable and versatile Commercial Service
Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who
enjoys working independently, takes pride in their craftsmanship,
and thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment. What Youll Do
As A Commercial Service Technician: Perform routine building
maintenance and repairs across commercial sites. Respond to service
calls, emergencies, and work orders. Work across multiple trades
including carpentry, electrical, HVAC (minor), flooring, drywall,
painting, framing, doors and more. Complete multi-day projects with
attention to detail and minimal supervision. May be required to
participate in on-call rotation. Commercial Service Technician
Ideal Candidate: Has strong problem-solving and time management
