Small machine manufacturer seeking first Operations Executive to set team strategy, direct, and execute goals and objectives related to global expansion.

Shall:

*** Lead the development of short and long term business strategies.

*** Provide hands on leadership and management while interfacing with manufacturing, engineering, business development, supply chain, quality assurance, human resources, facilities, information technology as well as customers and other external entities.

*** Ensure that the company delivers on all customer orders within time boundaries, budget, and with the quality expected by the customers.

*** Implement lean manufacturing principles

Requirements:

*** BS degree in Engineering or similar, MBA highly desired.

*** 10+ years in Operations Management.

*** 5+ years in Global Operations Management.

Compensation to $200,000 with performance bonus; company matched 401(k); company paid family doctor, hospitalization, prescription, dental and vision; life and disability insurance; tuition reimbursement; employee assistance programs, and more.
