Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Growth Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic enterprise engagements and manage high-priority
sales cycles
Design tailored solutions by collaborating with internal teams to
meet partner needs
Develop and manage a network of external growth partners to
identify market expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in management or strategy consulting,
private equity, or enterprise partnerships, preferably in
healthcare
Strong analytical skills with a track record of applying
data-driven insights to business challenges
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; MBA is a plus
Understanding of the healthcare industry, specifically primary care
and value-based care, is a plus
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive understanding of
complex concepts
