Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sustainability Project Manager to
oversee third-party certification management and sustainability
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct audits and manage building certification projects (BREEAM,
LEED, WELL)
Evaluate and report on the status of certification projects,
ensuring quality control and adherence to schedules
Manage environmental performance data and develop sustainability
strategies for clients
Required Qualifications
BA/BS in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Environmental
Science, Sustainability, or related field
5-8+ years of experience managing green and wellness building
certification projects
LEED AP with a specialty designation required; WELL AP
preferred
Understanding of architectural drawings and familiarity with the
construction and design processes
Experience with ESG/sustainability reporting standards and
frameworks
