Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program/Project Manager II.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and prepare regulatory filings for state and federal
agencies
Assist in responding to audits, examinations, and
compliance-related inquiries
Maintain and update corporate governance documents and support
intercompany filings
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience as a Paralegal; at least 3 years in a
healthcare, insurance, or regulatory setting preferred
Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace
programs
Associate Degree or ABA-Approved Paralegal Certificate required
Experience researching statutes and drafting legal documents
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Westlaw, and
document management systems
