Job Description:
This PRN Nurse Practitioner position involves conducting home
risk assessments for adult and geriatric patients, including
medical history reviews, social evaluations, and health
education.
New grads are encouraged to apply, with flexible hours available
days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
Assessments last up to one hour and help identify health risks,
improve care quality, and coordinate with healthcare teams.
Requirements include a Master--------s Degree or equivalent
experience, current RN and NP licensure, board certification,
CPR/BLS/ACLS, and valid driver--------s license for travel.
The role offers potential earnings from $2,200 to $11,000 per month
based on completed assessments, with mileage reimbursement and
limited voluntary benefits.
Work environments include patient homes, skilled facilities, and
community settings in Winchester, VA.
