$100-$125k Bonus Company Overview We are a multi-specialty

alternative treatment approach to sports injuries, musculoskeletal
pain, and chronic lifestyle & postural-related conditions
throughout our multiple locations in the South Bay and Orange
County. We specialize in Pain Management, Physical Therapy,
Chiropractic Therapy, Massage Therapy and Orthopedics. Summary Our
team is growing quickly and we are in search of an energetic,
friendly, and hardworking Licensed Physical Therapist to work in
our Redondo Beach and/or Seal Beach location. Our company provides
and coordinates conservative modalities with pain relieving and
orthopedic techniques to deliver the best opportunity for rapid and
sustained correction of painful physical medicine disorders. By
getting at the heart of the problem, we can provide lasting
results. Responsibilities Diagnose movement dysfunction and develop
a treatment plan Educate patients on proper therapeutic exercise
techniques Evaluate mobility, strength and current level of patient
function, while setting goals to improve in these areas that are
scaled to patient abilities and realistically attainable. Perform
initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations according to
Goodlife standards of practice as well as state standards. Maintain
patient records and keep track of goals and progress. Document
patient care services by charting in our EMR. Educate patients and
their families about the recovery process along with possible
challenges. Instruct patients on in-home exercises and therapies.
Requirements Degree from an accredited University in Physical
Therapy Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license
to practice Schedule Monday to Friday - somewhat flexible hours
