Occupational Therapist Opportunity Castaic, CA (K-12 School,
Contract) A K-12 school in Castaic, CA, is seeking a part-time
Occupational Therapist to provide specialized support to a caseload
of approximately 10 students. This contract position offers
primarily pull-out services within a collaborative educational
environment focused on meeting individual student needs. Key
Responsibilities: - Deliver individualized occupational therapy
services, primarily through pull-out sessions. - Collaborate
closely with case managers, support providers, and the IEP team
before and throughout the school year to develop and adjust student
IEPs. - Monitor student progress and adapt interventions to support
academic and functional goals. - Maintain thorough documentation in
accordance with school and state guidelines. - Participate actively
in team meetings and contribute professional expertise to
multidisciplinary discussions. Qualifications: - Valid Occupational
Therapist licensure. - Experience providing OT services in a K-12
school setting. - Strong communication skills and the ability to
work collaboratively with educational teams. - Familiarity with IEP
processes and special education requirements. - Commitment to
supporting student success through targeted therapeutic
