Job Title: Registered Nurse - Case Manager Profession: Nursing Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Hours (08:30 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Valid state nursing license required in-hand when applying Certifications: All required certifications must be in-hand when applying Must-Have: - CPI Blue Card from the Crisis Prevention Institute - Experience with Cerner charting system - Experience in community hospital Description: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Case Management. The position involves working days from Monday to Friday with every other weekend coverage. The shift hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience. Experience in community hospitals and proficiency with the Cerner charting system is essential. A CPI Blue Card from the Crisis Prevention Institute is required for this role. Candidates must possess a valid state nursing license when applying. All required certifications must be current and available at the time of application. Two supervisor references are required upon application. The role includes working with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care. The patient population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. No return time off is permitted during the first two weeks of the assignment. A maximum of 7 days of requested time off per 13-week contract is highly preferred. All requests for time off must be submitted and cannot be changed after submission. Local candidates are accepted.
