Job Description Job Description Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) / Dental Assistant (DA) Wanted We are a privately owned dental practice seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Dental Assistant (DA) to join and complete our team. We are looking for a second assistant to support our primary assistant and hygienist in our newly opened practice, with opportunities for growth as the office continues to expand. We are a new office, and we need an individual who can help wherever she is needed. This position offers a schedule of 16 to 24 hours per week. Number of hours will be based on your need. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assisting the doctor and hygienist during procedures Help with front office duties Preparing and breaking down operatories Instrument processing and sterilization Greeting patients and serving as a liaison between the back office and front office Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment Compensation is based on experience, with pay ranging from $23–$27 per hour , and potential for future growth. Benefits include a pension plan , paid time off , dental benefits , and a bonus system . Benefits: Dental 401k Compensation: $23-$27/hour
