Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred. Experience with documentation in electronic medical record systems preferred. Ability to treat geriatric patients and manage common SNF caseloads preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0800-1630. Work Pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week. Guaranteed 35 hours per week per contract details. Assignment Length: 13-week contract.
