A company is looking for an Associate Recruiter, College Program
(Seasonal).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct interviews to assess candidates' interest and suitability
for the College Program
Support and assist top talent throughout the candidate
lifecycle
Build and maintain relationships with key partners across the
recruitment team
Required Qualifications
Solid understanding of recruitment operations and interview
techniques
Experience with Microsoft Office products and SharePoint
Ability to handle confidential information effectively
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Capacity to work autonomously while communicating effectively
