Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Lead, Legal Software
Development & Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership for developing and delivering digital
transformation efforts for the Enterprise Legal function
Establish communications between distributed systems using REST API
and manage various software applications
Guide and mentor junior employees while collaborating with legal
and business users to enhance user experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
technical field
Five years of experience in establishing communications using REST
API and managing documents with iManage
Experience with C#, ASP.NET, and Microsoft SQL Server
Three years of experience supporting Contract Lifecycle Management
processes
One year of experience with web technologies, including HTML, XML,
JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular
