Job Description Job Description seeking 2 Safety & Airworthiness
Support Analysts (Level 3) for a contract opportunity in Seal
Beach, CA. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher 3 years’ experience working with
Microsoft Office Suite 3 years of experience in the use of tools
such as Microsoft Access to support data entry, data organization,
and generate reports from data to support engineering and business
analysis 3 years of experience and ability to: collect, organize,
synthesize, and analyze data POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: The chosen
candidate is an enthusiastic, highly collaborative teammate with a
passion for diving into details. This individual will also have the
skill and ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze
data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations.
Duties may include (but are not limited to): Supports engineers and
other technical and non-technical staff with tasks related to the
Continued Operational Safety Program (COSP) process Helps develop,
gather, and document basic technical data for company products
Processes technical information from airplane operators,
maintainers, and other sources Captures critical information and
enters/maintains multiple databases and an internal server with
accuracy and efficiency Organizes data, prepares agendas, and
facilitates meetings where technical information is exchanged
Creates and distributes weekly reports according to established
schedules Communicates critical information to internal and
external customers in compliance with clearly defined requirements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Strong
communication and organizational skills Works well with others as
well as independently REQUIRED EDUCATION Accredited Bachelor’s
Degree or higher. WORK HOURS FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT; 7:00 AM - 3:30
PM. Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and
background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
