Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Mid-Level Full
Stack Engineer Overview: We're seeking a sharp, mission-driven Full
Stack Engineer to help build the next generation of our AI-powered
platform. If you're excited about working on cutting-edge products
that directly impact people’s lives—and thrive in a fast-paced,
early-stage environment—this role is for you. Key Responsibilities:
Build and ship end-to-end features across the stack using React,
Remix, TailwindCSS, and TypeScript Integrate AI/LLM tools (OpenAI,
Anthropic, Vercel AI SDK) into production applications to enhance
user experience and system intelligence Collaborate
cross-functionally with design, product, and engineering teams to
iterate quickly and deliver polished consumer experiences Help
evolve and scale a fast-moving marketplace platform Stay hands-on
with architecture, performance, and reliability as the product
grows Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer
Science or a related field (preferably from a top university)
Experiences: 4–8 years of experience developing and deploying
full-stack web applications Deep expertise in React, TailwindCSS,
TypeScript (Remix experience preferred) Experience working with
LLMs/AI tools and familiarity with agentic AI Track record of
building consumer-facing products at startups or marketplaces
Other: Strong computer science fundamentals Excellent written and
verbal communication in English Must be on-site in Los Angeles (no
remote work) No visa sponsorship available Compensation and
Benefits: Salary: $135,000 - $160,000 per year Benefits:
