Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bodily Injury Defense Attorney.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and litigate property damage claims, including first-party
property claims and bad faith litigation
Represent the company in all phases of litigation and negotiate
settlements on behalf of the company
Provide legal advice to internal teams and ensure compliance with
applicable laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Admission to the Texas Bar and good standing
Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in personal injury law, with a
focus on automobile accidents
Strong understanding of insurance laws and regulations
