A company is looking for a Claims Practice Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage claim strategy, processes, and tools
Lead enhancement initiatives and facilitate communication among
stakeholders
Ensure compliance with regulations and provide guidance on complex
issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 7 years in a claims management role
Ability to interpret disability contract language
Knowledge of state and federal claim regulations
Absence Management Certification preferred
