Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor Membership - Fully
Insured.
Key Responsibilities
Lead team operations through strategic work assignment, goal
setting, and performance monitoring
Drive talent management initiatives including staff selection,
training, coaching, and performance reviews
Oversee documentation and process improvement while partnering with
project managers to implement solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
(preferred but not required)
3 years of accounting-related experience, preferably in the
healthcare industry
Leadership/supervisory experience or equivalent combination of
education and experience
Knowledge of the insurance industry and related regulations
Working knowledge of accounts receivable
