We take pride in delivering clinically excellent services, with clinical training and programs that include Skill-Based Treatment (SBT) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT). We are excited to be in collaboration with Dr. Gregory Hanley for delivering best practice through compassionate care and Skill-Based Treatment. We have additional collaboration with doctoral level leaders within the organization who are fluent in Pivotal Response Treatment.   • Deliver direct intervention in home, school, and community settings.
  • Conduct parent/caregiver education and functional behavior assessments.
  • Create ABA programs tailored for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
  • Employ evidence-based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions.
  • Collect behavioral data, complete progress notes, and handle case management.
  • Offer clinical direction, training, and support to Community Autism Services (CAS) ABA Behavior Technicians.
  • Provide supervised, professional experience to Community Autism Services (CAS) staff pursuing BCBA and RBT certification through group and individual supervision.Requirements
    • Possess an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
    • Flexible to work with combined home, school, and center caseloads
    • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, collaborative, organizational, and leadership skills
    • Previous experience in supervising ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
    • Commitment to cultural competency in a diverse and inclusive work environment
