Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Support Center Technician I to
provide technical assistance in a call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first contact for technical assistance related to
hardware, software, and networks
Document and track interactions using an ITSM system while ensuring
customer satisfaction
Troubleshoot network outages and manage service calls to vendors as
needed
Required Qualifications
Associate Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology
(Required)
1 or more years of experience in call center, hardware, software,
and application support (Preferred)
ITIL knowledge or certification (Preferred)
