Senior SAP Basis Consultant / Architect

Location: San Diego, CA (onsite)

Contract: 12 months



Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant/Architect with strong hands-on expertise in SAP HANA, Oracle, and SAP infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will handle system architecture, deployments, migrations, and production support across complex SAP landscapes.



Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain SAP systems (ECC, BW, PI, FIORI, GRC, etc.) with HANA and Oracle DBs.
Manage SAP Basis administration, user roles, security, system refreshes, and OS/DB migrations.
Support cloud-based SAP implementations, including SSO and SAML setups.
Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and system performance.
Maintain 3rd party integrations (e.g., BSI TaxFactory, Adobe Forms, Tidal Scheduler).
Provide production support and mentor junior staff.

Requirements:

8+ years of SAP Basis experience with HANA and Oracle DB.
Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong knowledge of SAP security, SSO, and system performance tuning.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
