Job Description:
A company is looking for a Navy Foreign Military Sales (FMS)
SME.
Key Responsibilities
Manage FMS case ingestion and execution, including drafting MOR,
MOU, LOR, and LOA
Provide customer-facing support and address user perspective
challenges in systems like DSAMS and MISIL
Gather requirements, create user stories, and conduct stakeholder
interviews to support system modernization efforts
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in FMS processes
Technical background with knowledge of agile methodologies and
SDLC
Experience in supply chain management processes including
requisitions and discrepancy reporting
Understanding of consulting versus government contracting
Practical experience in case management and execution
