Licensed: Sales & Service Representatives.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as necessary
Provide efficient and effective information to meet customer
needs
Aim for first call resolution to deliver best-in-class service
Required Qualifications
Property/Casualty Insurance License required
High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus
1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired
Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
Remote working experience is a plus
